Shipping & Returns Policy


Once you have placed your Hendry Exteriors order, we aim to despatch as soon as possible, please see delivery timescales below. If you place your order after 5pm, it will be processed the next working day. If you place your order on a weekend or on a Bank Holiday, it will be processed the next working day. 

Parcels will be shipped if in stock the following day after the order has been placed. Should you not accept the delivery, your parcel will be taken to your local post office depot and it will be your responsibility to arrange a redelivery or to arrange collection. Please ensure you make arrangements to receive your parcel or your order will be returned back to us. 

Please note: That our Blomus & Elvang range are non-refundable and unfortunately cannot be returned.

We presently only ship within the UK. We do not ship internationally. 

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when you order. We are unable to take responsibility if this address has been provided incorrectly, so please check the address you have entered carefully. Costs which are incurred due to incorrect delivery address information may be passed on to you. We shall not be liable for delays which are caused due to an incorrect delivery address. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather or extremely busy periods, can unfortunately delay the delivery date. We shall not be liable for any inconvenience you may be caused due to the delay.

We really hope you love your furnishings from Hendry Exteriors, but if for any reason you do not, please contact us via email at to start a return.  

If you have changed your mind and would simply like to return your order for a refund, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an unwanted item(s) to us for a full refund. In order for your item to be eligible for a return, it must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) back to us. Please ensure returns are shipped in their original packaging to prevent any damages in transit. We will notify you via email once we have received your return and inform you whether the refund is approved or not. If the return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds can take several days to appear in your bank account. 

We are unable to accept returns or refunds on our blomus range, and our soft furnishing range which include all throws and cushions. 


If all or part of your order unfortunately arrives damaged, please contact us via email at within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and, where possible, clear photos to reflect the issue, so that we can resolve your query as efficiently as possible. We will then review the issue and contact you to offer a solution.
